Have you heard our news? We're reaching out to share some exciting news regarding Securities America, the firm we use to support our business operations. Earlier this month, Securities America's parent company (formerly Advisor Group) adopted the new brand and name of Osaic.

The name change represents Osaic’s mission to transform wealth management in a lasting way, guided by the belief that as your financial professional team, we can have a powerful impact on your life and those of your family and future generations. Unifying its eight wealth management firms which includes Securities America, the introduction of a bold new brand allows Osaic to deliver on that promise so we can become an even better partner to you and your loved ones. 

Securities America will transition to Osaic (Osaic Wealth, Inc.) after tax season 2024. 

So, what does it mean for me? 

  Continuing to Put You First

You can and should continue to expect the same great service and support you rely on us for today as your wealth management partner. As part of your affiliation with Blade Financial Services, you will benefit from the privilege's of being supported by one of the nation's largest independent wealth management network of firms. 

Though you will only notice minor changes along the way as part of this evolution, our commitment to you and your financial goals remains stronger than ever. We look forward to keeping you updated on the journey ahead. 

  Experiencing the New Brand

As we prepare for this transition, you may notice some changes over the next several months, like the appearance of the new brand name and logo on our correspondence, websites, and systems. Osaic will also notify you approximately 45 days prior to our firm’s rebranding and transition with an official notification of this change — which will be delivered via USPS or electronically, depending on your preferences. There’s no action required from you upon receiving this notification.

This notice will not arrive until next year. No forms or additional action will need on your part to make the transition.
