As we enter the month of October, I wanted to take a moment to highlight an important event in the world of personal finance—U.S. Financial Planning Month. This annual observance emphasizes the importance of creating a financial strategy to help you pursue your goals.
You know the old saying, "A goal not written is only a wish."
During US Financial Planning Month, it might be a good idea to jot down your short and long-term financial goals. As a Certified Financial Planner, I am your partner in your quest for financial balance and independence. What does that mean? Like you, many of my clients are women, families, and small businesses who have taken on the task of being responsible for managing their money.
How do I help people to get started?
I do this by following a 3-step process of financial planning which includes:
Establishing a Relationship
Gathering Data
Evaluating Financial Status
Once this process is complete then we move forward to setting the plan into action. This process gives us time to really get to know each other. It also allows me time to listen to your dreams, goals, and concerns. This gives me the opportunity to help you figure out, in a holistic manner, what needs to be done to attain your goals.
If you'd like help, I'd be happy to chat with you. I have a number of resources that can help you get started.
Reach out to set up your one on one time with me.
